You may use the free or trial version of our products for the designated duration of the free trial for evaluation. When the free trial period expires, you must purchase the full version to use the software.

You will be granted an exclusive license to use the product after purchase and registration. This license is valid on one computer for the legal purpose at a time. This product may not be leased or rented, but can be permanently transferred to a third-party as long as the recipient agrees the terms of these license. If the product updated, the transfer must include the updated version of the program as well as all previous versions.

Our free or premium products may be freely distributed, as long as the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge for the distribution of our products without express permission from FoneRed Software Co., Ltd.

This software is owned by FoneRed Software Co., Ltd and is protected by international copyright and treaty laws. The trial version of our products may be freely distributed, if the distribution package is not modified in any way. No person or entity may charge for the distribution of the trial version of this product without express permission from FoneRed Software Co., Ltd.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, de-compile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except under the terms of this agreement.

Any unauthorized use of this product shall result in the termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

SOFTWARE SUPPORT
All technical support for this product will be provided by email and will only apply to the most current version of the program. If you have any queries regarding the installation of this program, submit them to support@FoneRed.com.

FoneRed Software Co., Ltd reserves the right to change this license agreement. FoneRed Software Co., Ltd has the right to change the product including all major features as it sees fit. FoneRed Software Co., Ltd reserves the right to change the prices of its products without notice. FoneRed Software Co., Ltd reserves all other rights not expressly granted here.
